Q: What type of employment arrangements can you accommodate?
A: We provide W2 hourly fulltime employee with benefits, 1099, and Corp to Corp. All compensation is hourly based on billable hours.  1099’s and Corp to Corp’s must carry business insurance.  Click here for exact insurance requirements for our subcontractors.

Q: When does my health insurance start?
A: Your benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date.

Q: What happens to my health insurance if I leave Neos employment?
A: If you leave our employment you have the option to continue coverage under COBRA.

Q: What is the payroll cycle?
A: Payroll is semi-monthly on the 1st (for the first two weeks of previous month) and 16th (for the second two weeks of previous month).

Q. Where do I send my time sheet and how often do I send it in? 
A. W2 Employees will send in time sheets on the 1st and 16th for the previous half-month.  1099 and sub’s timesheet schedules will vary depending on each project.  All time sheets are send to time@neosconsulting.com.

Q.  Where do I find employment docs?
A.  On the Summary of Benefits page.

Q: What if pay day lands on a weekend or holiday?
A: If the 1st or 16th lands on a weekend or holiday, payday rolls to the next business day.

Q: Does Neos pay bonuses to consultants/employees who refer a friend or colleague to join the company?
A: No, we don’t pay referral bonuses or compensation.
