Sarah Von Hapsburg is a Senior Technical Recruiter who joined Neos in the summer of 2024. With over 20 years of recruiting experience, she excels in building lasting relationships with candidates, clients, consultants, and colleagues. Sarah is skilled in full-desk and full-lifecycle recruiting, creating recruiting strategies, process management, and providing support to leadership, managers, and colleagues.
Her expertise spans recruiting candidates for state and local governments as well as private industry clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to growing start-ups. Sarah has a proven track record of high performance and consistently exceeding goals. She partners with both new and ongoing clients to understand their needs and objectives, demonstrating a keen ability to find the best match for consultants/employees and clients.
Sarah began her recruiting career after graduating from the University of North Texas, where she initially worked as a recruiter and then as a trainer. She later ventured into running and owning a hand-blown glass factory in Mexico, selling primarily to restaurants and cruise lines in the US. Sarah returned to the recruiting field in 2004.
In her personal time, Sarah enjoys being active with Pilates and Barre, hiking, walking her dog, and snuggling with her cats. She divides her time between Austin and Denver and feels fortunate to call both cities home.
