And of course, our top-notch leadership and support crew for keeping this company running smoothly and efficiently in providing outstanding service to our field consultants and customers. Neos started by providing in-depth ERP expertise to higher education and Texas government agencies. Neos was established and is led by career IT project consultants who know what it means to deliver high-impact results to customers. Our leadership team was forged in fires of successfully delivering high-profile, mission-critical ERP projects with tight timelines and limited budgets – this provides a deep understanding of customer needs, mission and constraints. It also means we appreciate the demands of being an onsite consultant.
After many years of successfully providing ERP consulting to our customers, we decided to expand into IT staffing. We saw a gap in the service IT staffing vendors had been providing to both customers and consulting staff. With our IT consulting expertise, we felt that we could provide a level of customer service, attention and understanding that would vastly surpass the level of service customers had grown accustomed. We strive to provide delivery excellence to our customers and provide best-in-class support for our consulting staff.
